Here is a sample of the healthy tidbits that you will find in our book, The 7 Essentials for Healthy Weight Control.

- Eat Slowly, digestion starts in the mouth. There is an enzyme, ptylin, in our saliva, that when mixed thoroughly with the food in our mouth starts the digestion process. I advise chewing 25 times before swallowing. This improves digestion and prevents gas and indigestion.
- Eat your meals sitting in a peaceful atmosphere with positive intentions. Give thanks while eating and make it a joyful, grateful experience. In a calm, relaxed state your metabolism works better and you burn food calories better.
- Eat at regular intervals, only at the times scheduled. For example: 8AM meal, 10AM snack, 12 noon meal, 3 PM snack, 6 PM supper and 8PM snack optional. Stick with the times. If you are hungry between these times, look at the clock! If it is not time to eat, take a big drink of filtered water 2 ounces and/or Limu juice. Ask the Lord to give you strength and He will. Be consistent adhering to the times and the serving sizes.
- Do not eat when stressed out, emotionally upset, overtired or in pain. Instead, call a friend, pray, focus on an activity or a project.
- The three supplements, according to my experience and the testimonies of my clients, that substantially reduce food cravings, in a short period of time, were Hemp Hearts, Craveless and Limu Juice. The clients that were greater than 40 pounds overweight and struggled with food cravings, binging etc. had the best results when taking all three. By including all these supplements many people noted a decrease in appetite, decreased sugar cravings, increase in energy and general well being. Remember when the body is fed the proper nutrients, over a period of time, all the cravings disappear and you will automatically eat fewer calories.
