Hello, my name is Lorrie Gawryla, B.S. R.N. Since 1981, I have been conducting group and individual weight control classes. Over the years I have observed that some clients were more successful then others in keeping their weight off long term. After carefully studying my client's behavior, the clients that consistently adhered to the 7 Essentials on a daily basis were very successful. They actually enjoyed the life changing program and are living it long term. My intent was to write this book just for clients that attend my classes. However, after much prayer, I felt led to share this simple plan to all who are ready to be set free and truly want to change in order to overcome their negative eating patterns. This plan is a progressive 7 week program. This program should be followed for a minimum of 90 days. Each week different choices of food are added. The system helps the person with developing discipline. The variety of foods enables the dieter to adhere to the program.
